Reschedule and Deposit Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 3 days before the session will receive a full refund.
Rescheduling requests made before the session can be done at no extra charge.
Failure to attend classes or appointments may be treated as a cancellation, potentially resulting in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Pickup

Typically, Your artwork is not available for same-day pickup, though special arrangements may be made on a case-by-case basis.
Generally, your work will be ready for pickup or shipping within 14 days. Our studio will hold your artwork for one month from the confirmed pickup date. After this period, unclaimed artwork may no longer be available for pickup.
